Who processes the data

The website byhanuliak.com is operated by HR – Kreatívna agentúra s.r.o. and Roman Hanuliak (identification details of both are given above).

The controller of your personal data is whichever of them communicates with you about your enquiry or with whom you conclude a contract. Please send data protection questions to the e-mail address given above; the relevant controller will reply.

What data we process

When you use the quick contact form or send a project enquiry, we process the data you fill in yourself: first name and surname, e-mail, phone, company name, position and project description, including your answers in the form. The address of the page from which you submitted the form and the page from which you arrived at the website are stored along with them.

The website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not create visitor profiles. For technical reasons, the hosting server may briefly retain standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page).

For what purpose and on what basis

We use data from forms solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for cooperation. The legal basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract at your request pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Technical server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); they are technically handled by the hosting provider.

How long we keep data

If no cooperation results, we delete the enquiry and related communication within 12 months of the last communication at the latest. If cooperation results, we keep the data for its duration and thereafter to the extent and for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. Our hosting and e-mail service providers may have access to it as processors. We will involve an external partner (for example for SEO or photography) in the project only with your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification and erasure, to restriction of processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. Simply send your request by e-mail.

If you believe that we process data in breach of the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
